STEP 1: To host an event at Reimagine NYC, you'll need to fill out an Event Concept Proposal. This is a brief, general overview of your event idea, confirming your desire and intent to participate as a collaborator. We will review it for approval and get back to you quickly about Step 2.

STEP 2:
Once your concept is accepted, you'll be awarded access to our online Collaborator Portal, where you'll upload all your event details (venue, time, title, description, photos, etc) and ticketing information (price, capacity, etc), due by our Event Submission Deadline of April 12th.

The sooner you get the Concept Proposal in and accepted, the longer you'll have to solidify your details in the Portal.

NOTE: While we accept Concept Proposals right up until the final Event Submission Deadline, it's important to do it ASAP (i.e. NOW!). You'll want to give yourself sufficient time to complete your event details in the Portal--it takes work! You'll also receive marketing and social benefits for being in earlier.

  • Now-March 30: Event Concept Proposal due
  • April 12: final Event Submission Deadline
  • April 8: Early Bird ticketing launch
  • May 4: General Admission Ticket Sales
  • June 8-14: Reimagine End of Life festival in NYC

NOTE: You can host events from June 9 - June 13 (June 8 and June 14 – the first and last day of the festival – are reserved for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, which all collaborators should attend).
