Mindful & Compassion Therapeutic Training

Deepen awareness with the AWAKE mindfulness & compassion practice. I'm seeking a limited number of folks for individual training, and a 7-week AWAKE class.

Separate from individual training - every other week for an hour - I lead an online group through the fundamentals of AWAKE; where we go through a short meditation and have open, contained discussion. My goal is to work with a loving-kindness and compassionate understanding. Often, I partner with other mindful and compassion experts hosting workshops and retreats. My Inspiration

In addition to individual & group mindful and compassion training, Guthrie spent multiple years practicing meditation, taking retreats, performing group therapy, music, and dream analysis at an advanced personal and spiritual development institute in San Diego County. He has a Doctorate in Psychology and is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). His dissertation focused on applying Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) to a clinical psychology practice. Additionally, he has experience leading as a military officer in various roles including operational psychology, human resources, and supply. Guthrie also worked as an MBA in the software business industry. He is a father and husband and currently resides in southern California.
