A Salute to a Life Well Celebrated
Reimagine end-of-life care and remembrance for military service members. Join us for a casual luncheon and discussion.

This Vet-to-Vet Cafe specifically for veterans will feature short presentations on advance planning and special care needs of veterans by the SF Columbarium and Sutter Care at Home - SF (Hospice). We also will have lunch and facilitated conversation.

Following the luncheon will be a guided tour of the SF Columbarium.
