Khenpo Paljor Gyatso from Tibet will reveal a meditation that assists in transforming negative states into positive ones, especially helpful at the end of life, or anytime.
Khenpo Paljor Gyatso, a learned lama from Tibet, will reveal a profound Buddhist practice called ‘Vajrasattva’.
Meditation on Vajrasattva assists in removing obstacles and transforming negative habits into positive ones. This sacred method includes visualization and mantra, and is helpful during stressful times, particularly at the end of life.
Practicing Vajrasattva helps remove obstacles and opens us to the potential of transformation. This teaching is open to all and does not require former meditation or spiritual study.
Khenpo Paljor’s talk will be preceded by a short introduction to TLC Transitional Life Care, a Bay Area non-profit offering education and support for the end of life. DVD teachings and a concise end of life manual, ‘Instructions for the Transitional State’ will be available.
No one will be turned away at the door for lack of funds.
