Creative self-expression can be a therapeutic release when living with the weight of grief.
Using techniques drawn from Full Spectrum Improvisation and drama therapy, this 4.5 hour workshop will explore exercises and structures that release the body, voice and spirit. We'll move, talk, relax, and sing. We'll share stories that honor our lost loved ones and our own grief.
Appropriate for all adults who've lost a loved one.
Please bring a bottle of water and some food for our break and wear clothes you can move in.
