Breathe for Equality

Hosted by Got Breathwork

Breathe for Equality
Virtual fundraiser, as 100% proceeds go to NAACP: National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. Let's BREATHE together, to fight for racial equality.

"I can't breathe!" George Floyd said as Police Officer Derek Chauvin brought him to his last breath. Let's join forces to breathe for those who cannot, and raise funds for NAACP to fight for racial justice.

100% proceeds go to NAACP: National Association for the Advancement of Colored People to ensure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights in order to eliminate race-based discrimination and ensure the health and well-being of all persons.

Join a virtual 1 hour virtual breathwork & meditation, featuring Veronica Maxam, Co-Host and minority guest speaker sharing her journey living in a system of racial injustice, and her perspective on how to return to a shared humanity.

Meditation & Breath techniques will teach you simple & practical tools for using your breath to manage anger and stress so you can return to a feeling of connection, shared humanity, and feel empowered to take action towards fighting systemic racism.
