A 2-hour guided journey through grief traversing through fear, despair, and alienation to arrive back home in the holy ground of our own being using the vehicles of music and sound to carry us.
It’s time to grieve out loud and let that inform the way forward.
During this virtual two-hour journey, we will descend into the deep wells of our individual and collective grief through movement, vocalization, and ritual drumming. We will emerge from this powerful “dance” into a sound bath of crystal singing bowls and a guided meditation to allow for integration and insight. Our resulting knowledge and wisdom will be shared in small groups, after which we will reunite as a large group to honor our ancestors and beloved dead in song.
Are you ready? This is your time. Let’s go!
SPACE IS LIMITED.
