It all starts with the breath.
The adjoining piece that allows us to ground down, come home, connect and release – the key to alignment of mind, body, soul and spirit.
This mat pilates session focuses on the alignment of all the elements within oneself and empowers the individual to feel into their body and move as it was designed to do. Fully balanced, supported and aligned.
The goal is not just to feel more connected in ones’ body but to allow for an education of the individual on their unique body so that they can take this new found alignment into their everyday life.
