This mat pilates session focuses on the alignment of all the elements within oneself and empowers the individual to feel into their body and move as it was designed to do. Fully balanced, supported and aligned.
The goal is not just to feel more connected in ones’ body but to allow for an education of the individual on their unique body so that they can take this new found alignment into their everyday life.
About the host: Katie McKenzie is a Vancouver-based mother of two, certified Pilates instructor, and a pre and postnatal movement specialist.
Katie is also the founder of The House of A La Ligne and the A La Ligne Method Pilates Certification - a progressive 65 hour double certification program dedicated to expanding the awareness of our bodies & movement through connecting with breath and grounding in your body.
Katie's is a certified Pilates instructor and has taken 2 in-depth courses on trauma-informed movement.
