We are coming together to be present, breathe and move through our personal and collective grief in this time of illness, change, loss and uncertainty. Our dear bodies hold the tension and stress of of the personal and collective grief during this pandemic. Gentle breath practices and embodied movement exploration will help us to move and transform this energy. Through moving with music, cultivating stillness, silence and writing we will support each other, finding resiliency and remembering our belonging. In community we will discover the nourishing spaces inside of ourselves for our truth and compassion to bloom and be witnessed by each other. We will develop embodied resources that we can take with us, to support us as we face the uncertain days ahead.
By courageously expressing the grief in our hearts and bodies, we can open to the expansive aliveness of our Joy !
