Many people are grieving right now in America and around the world. Now is the time to make time for yourself to feel and heal. Your grief is real, and your body response to a threat (or perceived threat) in the same as everyone else. Difficult feelings arise, you feel the body sensations of stress. If left unattended, your grief and suffering can put you in a place of heightened anxiety where you can get stuck. We need you healthy so you can reimagine a new world and go out and take action.
In this workshop you will learn how to recognize the emotions of grief and suffering, and how to bring compassion to yourself during this difficult time. We will be using a combination of exploration, meditation and movement to help you respect and own your grief and suffering, help you navigate through it, and move it out of your body.
