We will interview two senior physicians about experiences surrounding the dying process and important choices you will face around medical interventions, life-sustaining treatment, and comfort. Following an interactive discussion, attendees will be assisted to fill out POLST (Physician Order for the End of Life) Form and Advanced Directives.
