Death, Life and Love - Five -Week Conversation Group

Death, Life and Love - Five -Week Conversation Group
What can death teach us about living and loving fully at any stage of life? Here is your invitation to engage in meaningful conversations and explore perspective shifts about what really matters.

For five consecutive weeks we will gather to have meaningful conversations using The Five Invitations book by Zen Hospice cofounder and Buddhist teacher Frank Ostaseski as our guide.

Throughout our time together, I will share resources that I have come to love as an End of Life, Grief, Living Losses Coach. For almost 30 years, I have been a student, teacher and media spokesperson in the fields of mindfulness, spirituality and human transformation. I will also share a few simple mindfulness practices that will help quiet the relentless external noise that is in our world right now.

This beautifully articulated book has been a game-changer for many of my clients navigating any sort of transition as well as for me as I cared for my aging parents.
