At the intersection of performance and ritual, we find the root of both: storytelling. In this 3hr interactive workshop, we will lead participants through activities and discussion that reimagine the way we celebrate the dead and reinvigorate the lives of the living. Drawing from performance, anthology, and storytelling practices, group activities will have you design personal, engaging, and unquestionably lively ways of celebrating the dead. No performance experience necessary, just come with clothes to move in and an open mind.
