before / end / after (Day 1)

Day 1 of "before / end / after" (a two-day event) is designed for anyone who is interested in exploring the wonders around the end of life and what this means for ourselves and others. Join us for a day of meaningful and open discourse and activities around the planning of our and our loved ones’ funerals to thinking about our final days and the rituals we would like to create for ourselves and those we love.

What rituals will you create as part of your funeral? How will you plan for your final days? What does the end of life mean? How can you ever feel prepared to leave? These are all difficult questions that we rarely have the opportunity to explore in our day-to-day lives.

Join us for a full day of workshops, activities, and speakers to help facilitate and nurture meaningful conversations around these questions.

We will have morning and afternoon sessions starting with icebreaker activities which will lead into workshops exploring the end-of-life through facilitated workshops around funeral rituals and planning for your last days to our speakers who will share their remarkable stories on their experiences in addressing and confronting the end of life and death.

These activities will engage participants to share their own stories and experiences, bringing light and color to the two-day event.

See information and RSVP for Day 2.
