What if talking about your wishes was as easy as a card game? Heart to Heart® Café is designed to make it easier for a family member, a caregiver, or a health provider to understand what a loved one wants done when life is ending.

The Chinese American Coalition for Compassionate Care has designed a great activity to help start conversations, especially in the Chinese community, about end-of-life wishes.
Heart to Heart® Café is a communication activity designed to make it easier for a family member, a caregiver, or a health provider to understand what a loved one wants done when life is ending. Manny Cantor Center's Chinese Discussion Group will be hosting a cafe for Cantonese speakers who are 60 and older.
