Moving For Life is a citywide movement program offered for free in libraries, hospitals and community centers as well as by donation at Studio55C. This class also includes yoga stretches for spiritual awakening. As the body is listened to it provides information. We can learn tools to relax fear and anxiety and come into greater community through body awareness, movement, and dance. Studio 55C is a home for Somatic Arts - where we learn to listen to body wisdom.
