The lunar cycle has fascinated and influenced humanity for centuries, with the rhythm of the moon guiding us on our path forward. For many of us, the moon represents the subconscious, wisdom, and spirituality. During the full moon, you are able to connect with these different aspects of yourself to find comfort, growth, and renewal.
As we approach The Long Night Moon of December, allow Sundari Malcolm to guide you. By applying grounding Breathwork, ceremonial Ritual, and a deeply relaxing Visualization practice, you'll be given the space to
- Reflect on what this last season of Grief has been like for you.
- Sit with the emotions and feelings you haven't had the time to address.
- Decide what parts of your journey you feel ready to release.
- Visualize how you would like to be supported in this next season.
- Bathe in the warmth of community.
In addition, you'll be gifted a Full Moon Ritual kit to carry you, and your Grief, forward through 2025.

A few simple items you will need in order to enhance your experience and participate in our Ritual:
- A stick of incense, or a dried herb bundle like Rosemary, Lavender or sustainably sourced Sage
- A white candle
- Glass of water
