The 5th annual Before I Die New Mexico Festival will be held in-person and online October 30 to November 2, 2021. It features death-positive conversations and experiences in Albuquerque and online at www.BeforeIDieNM.com. October 30 sessions include: "Abraham Lincoln's Impact on Modern Embalming," "Who Will Speak for You? Medical Surrogacy Questions Answered," "How to Make an Altar Honoring Deceased Loved Ones," and "Not Planning to Die with The Kominsky Method."
A donation is requested to register for Festival events. One registration covers all four days of Festival events. In-person events may become virtual due to pandemic conditions.
The Festival is coordinated by pioneering death educator Gail Rubin, Certified Thanatologist and The Doyenne of Death®.
