Throughout this workshop, host Jacquelyn Revere will openly share her personal story as a young caregiver to her grandmother and mother and how she overcame the weight by learning how to continually ask for help. Participants will be guided through movement and storytelling practices that will help to release any judgments that we hold from others and ourselves, to create an environment where open and honest storytelling can prevail.

About Jacquelyn

Jacquelyn became the sole caregiver for her mother and grandmother in 2016 after a faulty furnace leaked carbon monoxide into her family home, causing them to develop Alzheimer's. In 2020 Jacquelyn began documenting her journey on Youtube and Tiktok under the handle @MomOfMyMom. Her tiktok has now gone viral many times, receiving over 50 million views. With this platform she hopes to bring to light the challenges caregivers face. And as a Tv writer she hopes to bring these relatable stories to screens around the world.
