Reimagine End of Life at CCA
Move beyond the healthcare and spiritual realms into the creative realm, where designers and artists are helping people have more meaningful end-of-life experiences.
This evening of art, design presentations and discussion includes work from the California College of the Arts community by talented designers and artists engaged in the end-of-life space and inspired by CCA’s mission to Make Art that Matters.
Art and design students, faculty and staff will offer fresh perspectives to the conversation about the end of life. Their work can help others confront some of our most difficult questions by bringing aesthetic beauty, critical perspectives and deeper meaning to the uncertainty many of us have around death.
When we become more comfortable talking about death, we will be able to build on these conversations for the rest of our lives to influence and encourage others to do the same.
The event is free and open to the public.
