Dance Your Emotions

Instead of been distracted and feeling powerless with what is happening outside in the world, the invitation is for you to come home: to come to your body and to use this meditative dance class as a tool to explore all the different emotions and feelings that are emerging during this time of crises. The idea is that through conscious dance we can contact, feel, embrace, and explore all the different emotions that might be emerging - and ultimately become open to notice any insights that this experience might have to teach us during this moment of transition.
This dance practice focuses on the breath, mind, and conscious presence in the body, which connect us to our humanity, to one another, and to the greater consciousness.
Dance skills or experience is not necessary. So, come to our gathering with open heart, whilliness to be present in the moment, and with curiosity to explore what emerges from it.
