I am here to reimagine...

A place where people can experience a deeper connection with their heart, feelings, spirit, body, and therefore, feel connected to themselves, to others, and to the great power that connect us all.

Dance and human well being has been a lifelong interest of mine.I have always been passionate about bringing change to the world and found that my most powerful contribution was going to be through dance, a more visceral experience through which individuals can connect breath, body, mind and emotion. This became very clear to me in 1997, when I joined the staff at the Esalen Institute, Before fully diving into conscious dance as a discipline, I had thought an performed Brazilian dance for many years. I also had studied and worked in Film, International Relations, Child Ed., and Somatic Education. In addition to teaching conscious dance workshops, I have lead the development of women groups internationally through WWWE (Worldwide Women's Wisdom Exchange). I also support women through individual therapeutic sessions.
