Grief Gatherings: Community, Connection, and Ritual
Grief Gatherings are an opportunity for those who have experienced loss to find connection through meditation, ritual, and community sharing. Bereavement is often a time when we feel most alone, even under normal circumstances. During our Covid-19 era, gathering in traditional ways that communicate support and care is impossible. During Grief Gatherings, we will recognize the universality of loss even as we seek to honor the uniqueness of each participant's experience of loss.
All are welcome to Grief Gatherings - including the recently bereaved and those whose loss was longer ago, but still present. There will be four sessions in the Grief Gatherings series. Participants are welcome to attend individual sessions or all four. Each session will feature unique meditations and ritual practices.
