Motherless Mother's Day: Dance Class with Pony Sweat!

Motherless Mother's Day: Dance Class with Pony Sweat!
Join us for a fiercely noncompetitive, radical dance aerobics practice and celebration!

This event is part of the Motherless Mother's Day series. Motherless Mother's Day events are by donation and ALL funds generated will go directly to each individual event's host. You will receive a link to donate in a follow up email!

Pony Sweat is a Fiercely Non-Competitive dance aerobics celebration! It’s a high-energy hour of exercise that feels like dancing in your bedroom to music from a favorite mixtape.

The moves are easy to follow and create a challenging workout. Most importantly, Pony Sweat is a practice in radical self-acceptance and anti-perfectionism.

Our goal is to cultivate freedom of movement and thought, to take care of ourselves and to take care of each other.

Come as you are, all ways, always!

Supplies needed: Space to dance! Sneakers or bare feet will work best!
