Let’s look at the art and talk about this journal that started as my private, self-care musings when my late husband was diagnosed with stage IV, metastatic cancer and became an unlikely book.
I will share my art, stories, thoughts, and reflections relevant to caregiving, end of life and survivorship. We’ll include some of the wisdom and insights Bob left behind from of his work as a hospice doctor.
All are welcome whether you have read the book or not. This is an author talk that really does not require you to have finished, read, or even looked at the book in advance.
There will be: Art, Stories & Insights, Lessons Learned, Laughter, Support & Compassion.
There may be:New Perspectives, Tears, Enhanced Understanding, Difficult Realizations
There will NOT be: Judgement, Criticism, Finger Wagging, Directives, or “Should”s
