To The Muse is a 16-minute short film shot in Cuba and screened internationally at a variety of film festivals. Created by a group of friends who believe that shared human emotions transcend cultural boundaries and allow us to tell a story that expresses the possibility of hope. Bound by fear and led by the whisper of his muse, a young Cuban musician discovers the power of forgiveness as the key to his creative freedom. In order to forgive, he must venture on a sobering journey of self-discovery, exploring the pain of broken relationships, the loss of loved ones, and the fear of an uncertain and changing future.
After watching the film, join film makers for a Live Q&A hosted on FB and IG Live. Once registered to attend, you will be emailed a password to use on Vimeo to access the password-guarded film 15 minutes before scheduled screening time. Q&A will take place 20 minutes after scheduled screening time start.
*Password for film will be disabled shortly after screening time, so don't be late!
