Join us for this PREPARE workshop that will provide tools for you to identify your future hopes and wishes for medical care when you are living with a progressive or serious illness; to identify a person who could advocate for your wishes when you are no longer able to speak for yourself; and to learn how to better talk with your doctor and family and friends about your wishes.
