Advance Directives & What We Leave Behind

Hosted by Jessica Murby

Advance Directives & What We Leave Behind
We will take care of matters that aren’t often very fun unless done with others. We’ll attend to our Advance Directives and make plans for what we leave behind (i.e. our bodies, loved ones, etc)...

We will go beyond the basics of taking care of these logistical matters, and make space to connect and share throughout the process. You will also be provided prompts and time to let your loved ones know how you feel about life and death, as well as to share with the group. Our intention is to create a safe, fun, communal space to attend to what matters most.

*Please bring your Advance Healthcare Directive with you, if you would like tips on how to get started, email JessicaMurby@gmail.com*

This workshop is offered as a drop-in or at a discounted rate as part of our Journey with Death Weekly Series
