Death, Life & Love - Five-Week Meaningful Conversation Group
What can death teach us about living and loving fully at any stage of life?
Here is your invitation to engage in meaningful conversations and explore perspective shifts about what really matters in life. We will use The Five Invitations by Zen Hospice cofounder and Buddhist teacher Frank Ostaseski as our guide.
Prior to each meeting, we will read/live with all the chapters related to one invitation, try them on in our daily life, then come together in a held space to explore. This beautifully articulated book has been a game-changer for many of Cathy's clients navigating any sort of transition as well as for Cathy as he cared for her aging parents.
As a certified End of Life, Grief, Living Losses (divorce, job loss, chronic illness) Coach, Cathy will share some of her favorite resources during the series. For 28 years, Cathy has been a student, teacher and media spokesperson in the fields of mindfulness, human transformation and spirituality. During our time together, we will hold the space for quiet, peace and being instead of doing.
