Post Election Self Care For The BIPOC Community
Rest and recharge during 2 blissful hours of Meditation, Restorative Yoga, BreathWork, Sound Healing, Guided Relaxation and some much needed laughter with Iana Sundari. YOU deserve this!

My name is Iana Sundari. I'm a lifetime Yogi, Birth and Death Doula, Writer and the Director of BIPOC Well-being for The Dinner Party. I'm also a Black woman living in 2020.

WE need a break. Our mental health needs to be attended to. Our minds need a couple of hours of peace and our bodies need rest.

Join me on Sunday. Let's come together as a community and spend some time with joy and relaxation. Wear your most comfortable clothes. Turn down the lights. If you are able to please have a candle, pen, and journal nearby. I'll be listening to Etta James in my own home so feel free to have your relaxation playlist ready to go!

If you'd like to know more about me:

You can find me on my blog NamasteUSA where I write about race and peace as I travel the country in my converted school bus Eula Mae.

On my podcast The Collective Reset where I interview guests about navigating this time and designing the life we deserve post pandemic.

Or my websites Sundari Blissed for my Wellness work and Bliss Out for all travel and publishing purposes!
