Caring for an aging parent can be a complex and ever-changing journey, especially when the individual you care for resists or does not recognize the need for your support. You're not alone.

Caring for an aging parent can be a complex and ever-changing journey, especially when the individual you care for resists or does not recognize the need for your support.

If you've felt the emotional and/or physical strain of caregiving, rest assured that you're not alone.

This interactive workshop is crafted to provide an overview of the essential considerations of care planning as well as a supportive space for addressing your specific concerns and challenges.  Whether you're the sole caregiver, a sandwich caregiver juggling parents and kids, managing long-distance care, or navigating opinions from various family members, this opportunity to learn, share, and be supported is curated for you.

During our time together, we'll explore key aging well areas, identify priorities, and provide resources to assist you. By the end, you'll leave feeling empowered and equipped with personalized tools, such as a task list, to navigate the complexities of caring for your aging family members while prioritizing your own well-being.

Workshop will be facilitated by Stefanie Elkins, Family Caregiver Consultant and End-of-Life Doula. Join us in creating a compassionate and understanding community where we share experiences and gain the knowledge needed to navigate this challenging yet rewarding caregiving journey successfully.
