I am a big proponent of doing what feels safe and supportive to you as a griever. You are welcome to have your camera on, or to stay off-camera. Equally, you are welcome to use the chat to engage, or you can just listen.
Workshop will be recorded. Replay will be available for registered attendees for at least 2 weeks. Edited clips from the workshop (primarily of teaching elements, without identifiable details) may be shared publicly after the event.
