How are you feeling about what is unfolding? This 6 week workshop invites Beautifully Sensitive Beings to gather for empathy, expression, and embodiment practices and reclaim their personal agency.

How are you feeling, as we prepare to enter 2025? Maybe you’ve been avoiding the news. Maybe you're feeling concerned and disheartened about what’s coming next.

If you’re sensitive to the world’s energy, it’s easy to feel drained and overwhelmed, especially now. But here’s the truth: you don’t have to “toughen up” or shut down to navigate what lies ahead.

If you’ve been wondering how you’re going to stay grounded, regulated and connected to yourself—I’ve got you.

I’m inviting you to join me for a 6-week workshop, Inauguration Equilibrium: Circle of Support for Beautifully Sensitive Beings to Reclaim their Agency.

Together, we’ll acknowledge complexity, resource our nervous systems, get grounded in resiliency, and root into an empowered sense of alignment.

What We’ll Focus On:

  • Nervous System Support: We’ll explore practices to help you create a “shock absorption” buffer to help regulate your nervous system and move out of fight, flight, immobilization, or collapse.
  • Mind-Body Connection:  Embodiment, expression, and empathy support the movement from head to heart and into a deeper sense of presence, self-awareness, and self-advocacy.
  • Authentic Resilience – This is not about forcing change, it’s about meeting yourself where you are. You get to name what's true, claim your values, and acknowledge your limits.

·      Agency Reclamation – You get to stand by your NO and turn toward your YES: Where do you want your time, energy, and beautiful sensitivity to be directed?

What You’ll Get:

  • 6 Weekly Gatherings: Each week, we’ll meet for 75 minutes online. I will introduce new material every week, and there will be time to practice, discuss, get support, and integrate. The first two weeks will focus primarily on nervous system regulation, the third week on “acknowledging what is,” and weeks four to six on cultivating resources and identifying aligned actions.
  • Practical Tools for Nervous System Regulation: You’ll leave each session with easy-to-apply techniques to help nourish your nervous system and have a way to regain your footing when the overwhelm takes hold.
  • A soft place to land in a world that has a lot of edges You’ll be part of a circle of beings who get it. You’ll have the opportunity to share your experience, be seen, and feel supported by others who are walking a similar journey.
  • A dedicated online community You’ll have the opportunity to stay connected with other participants in between sessions to share and support, hear and be heard.
