Living Fully and Dying Prepared: A 6 series Workshop
This immersive workshop examines selections, practices, and reflections from the book "The Death Doula's Guide to Living Fully and Dying Prepared: An Essential Workbook to Help You Reflect Back, Plan Ahead, and Find Peace on Your Journey."
This series isn't about death; it's about embracing life. The book is a beacon, guiding us to live consciously, leave a positive impact, and define our narrative on our terms.
We'll foster discussions on mortality, life review, legacy, and end-of-life planning through reading, private reflection, writing, and group sharing. Open to adults of any age and health status.
We meet every other week for six 1.5-hour sessions on 11/20, 12/4, 12/18, 1/8, 1/22, and 2/5. You'll need an open mind, a copy of the book, and a willingness to explore your life's meaning.
Meghan and Lori are end-of-life doulas trained by Francesca Lynn Arnoldy, the author of "Living Fully and Dying Prepared," to facilitate conversations about life and death using this book.
