Memories in Music is a Virtual Concert Series. This event uses music as a way for grievers to connect with each other and honor your loved ones by sharing their stories through your requested song.

Memories in Music was born when on an online-streamed concert, singer/songwriter Michael Waite played a song for Sarah Peterson, founder, and president of Clear Mourning. The song was from the father-daughter dance at Sarah’s wedding, and it had a powerful impact on her spirit and her grief over losing her father.

In trying to recreate an experience like this for other grievers, Clear Mourning and Michael Waite are hosting Memories in Music —a virtual concert series of your song requests.

We hope you’ll join us as we use music as an outlet for meaning-making; Together we can honor those who have passed away and make connections between ourselves through

The concert will be streamed live on November 26th at 4:00 pm PST through our website.
