Outliving Your Child: Supporting Parents Through The Unimaginable
A weekly circle for parents whose child has crossed, built on one conviction: your child still belongs in your life, and so do you.
Here, your child stays present. You speak their name, tell their stories, and keep them part of who you are, among Peregrines who understand because they carry it too. Each week we come to witness and be witnessed, seen exactly as we are, on the days that level us and the days that surprise us, by people who never need it explained.
What makes this circle its own is that we treat grief as a passage we are moving through, an initiation into a changed life, met with company rather than correction. The bond with your child does not end. It changes form, and here it has a place to be carried and tended.
Grief is the living response to absence and change. There is no direct pathway through it. It shifts as we move through it, because it is as alive as we are. You do not walk it alone here. We walk it together.
