Perspectives on Medical Aid in Dying
Barbara Swartz Lecture Series Presents: Perspectives on Medical Aid in Dying
A recent study found that 72% of New Yorkers support Medical Aid in Dying, a bill that, if passed, would allow mentally-competent, terminally-ill New Yorkers the right to obtain medication from their doctors to end their suffering. This conference will shed light on the benefits and challenges to this bill from different perspectives.
