End of Life Choices New York's mission is to expand end of life options, improve end of life care, and promote healthcare equity so New Yorkers can have good quality of life at the end of life, and receive care in alignment with their wishes and values. We offer education and resources to the general public and professional training. We directly support individuals and families who are planning for the end of life, navigating the end of life, or caregiving. We advocate for legal, policy, and legislative reform to expand and enforce patient options and rights.
