We will focus on strategy to come into the present state of stillness and alleviate stress. Sitting practice will help find the root of your stress and encourage homeostasis once again.

This sitting practice will focus on simple yet in-depth teachings that can take you deeply into the Now. We will hone in on specific breathing techniques for the nervous system and understand more about prana,udana vayu, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, and sense withdrawal. There will be an understanding of how to release sensation and sufferings from the body/mind, and also gain knowledge of non-attachment with peaceful presence.
