Have you ever wondered what makes someone tick? Why do they do what they do?
Everyone has a story. Our experiences make us who we are. In this podcast series, Grief Coach Jenny Dilts invites people to share their stories as we discover the extraordinary in ordinary people and explore humanity one heart at a time.
Joining me this time is my friend Claire M. Schwartz who has survived traumas including shame, violence, fear and pain, rape, and cancer. Not only did she survive, she has thrived and today she uses what she learned from her personal experiences to help others do the same.
At age 25, the loss of her mother was the jolt that started Claire's journey of change and healing. She had a nervous breakdown and then began the painstaking realization that she had no idea who she was or how to manage in Life. And she has spent decades learning to grow into a stronger, wiser, more grounded woman.
In our time together Claire will share her story and what she's learned in her 15 years of working as a Grief Relief Expert, using her unique combo of compassion, perspective & humor. Claire has a BA in Psychology and is also a Reiki Master Teacher, Spiritual Counselor and Interfaith Minister, and Certified Professional Coach.
