Spiritual Practices for Grief - Mindful Memory Keeping
Keeping the memories of our loved ones is part of grieving them. So many of us who grieve fear that we may forget their story or who they were to us.
In this workshop, you will build a box full of memories aided by the Memory Objects Meditation. The Memory Objects Meditation allows us to spend time with our loved ones' favorite items and events mindfully. Then, build a place of honor for those items and memories.
Please bring to the workshop photos, treasures from the past and items that remind you of our loved one. Take time to find a vessel to hold them, maybe a box, book or even an old suitcase.
