We’ll start off with some creative inspiration, with The Grief Gallery curator Charlene Lam sharing a piece of art, design or writing that touches on grief and loss. Then we'll open it up for conversation and sharing.
Feel free to bring an object to share on the virtual gallery plinth: An item or the story of an item you've kept after a loved one died.
Alternatively, there's no pressure to turn on your camera or to speak if you do not wish to –– all curious and kind grievers are welcome!
Charlene Lam is a certified grief coach and the founder of The Grief Gallery. She brings her background as a journalist and independent curator to her grief work: Writing, speaking and presenting exhibits about death and grief during international design events, including NYCxDESIGN, DesignTO (Toronto) and the London Design Festival.
