It's "just stuff" AND so much more. For many of us humans, especially grievers, our belongings and physical stuff may help us to feel grounded, safe and connected to people we love. And when we lose those meaningful items, it HURTS!
In this special gathering of The Grief Gallery, hosted by curator and certified grief coach Charlene Lam and LA-based Dr Julie Shaw of Hello I'm Grieving, we make space to mourn the belongings and meaningful objects we've lost — and to honor the role they played in our lives.
Whether you're actively dealing with the aftermath of the LA wildfires or grieving a long-ago loss, you are welcome.
Live Gathering
As always, you're invited to name or share the story of a meaningful object. Equally, you are free to stay off-camera, to use the chat to engage, or you can just listen.
I am a big proponent of doing what feels safe and supportive to you as a griever.
This gathering will be recorded. Free to attend.
Location: Zoom meeting, join from anywhere.
Replay will be available for registered attendees for at least 2 weeks, and clips may be shared publicly.
