The Grief Gallery: November Gathering

We’ll start off with some creative inspiration, with The Grief Gallery curator and grief coach Charlene Lam sharing a piece of art, design or writing that touches on grief and loss. Then we'll open it up for conversation and sharing.
Feel free to bring an object to share on the virtual gallery plinth: An item or the story of an item you've kept after a loved one died.
Alternatively, there's no pressure to turn on your camera or to speak if you do not wish to –– all curious and kind grievers are welcome!
Charlene Lam is a certified grief coach and the founder of The Grief Gallery. She turned her creative eye and story-finding skills to grief work after the sudden death of her mother in 2013. The Grief Gallery presents exhibits about death and grief during international design events, including NYCxDESIGN, DesignTO (Toronto) and the London Design Festival. A proud Chinese-American New Yorker (like her mom!), she is currently based in Lisbon, Portugal.
