AACI ACP Training & Workshop
CACCC in collaboration with AACI, hosts a free online ACP Training & Workshop for Healthcare Professionals featuring Esther Luo, MD, on topic of “Chinese American Cultural Challenges at End of Life”.

The Chinese American Coalition for Compassionate Care (CACCC), in collaboration with AACI, hosts a free online Advance Care Planning Training & Workshop for Healthcare Professionals from 12:15-1:30pm.

• On November 1, Kaiser Permanente’s palliative care physician, Esther Luo, MD, will present “Chinese American Cultural Challenges at End of Life”.

Joining the Monday featured presenter on the panel of experts, during the Q&A session, will be representatives from CACCC, AACI and SCCVMC who will share their respective insights.

Who should attend: MD, RN, LVN, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LEP, Attorneys, Licensed Fiduciaries, Psychologists, and trained volunteers, and anyone interested in the topic

*Must be present for the entire one (1) hour session; complete and submit program evaluation to receive 1.0 contact hour for one (1) CE per session. Santa Clara County Valley Medical Center is providing CE credits for RN, LVN (Provider #2056). The Institute on Aging is providing the following CE credits: CAMFT (Provider #135377 for LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/LEP) and State Bar of CA MCLE (Provider # 13264 for Attorneys/Fiduciaries).
