Finding Hope: Healing Life's Hurts
We can be hurt in so many different ways. Some people might be holding onto hurt from a specific event. Others might have experienced hurtful patterns or series of events over many years. We each have our unique story.
Finding Hope is a safe space to share your story and turn toward hope.
Life’s hurts are often kept in the shadows and not talked about. When we do talk about our hurts, we are often met with awkward silence or "good-intentioned" appeals to look on the bright side. Talking about difficult things goes against our ‘good-vibes-only’ culture. Yet, talking about the hurts we’ve experienced is part of the healing process. By sharing together, we can learn from each other and understand that we are not alone.
Our hurts will always be part of our lives, but don’t t have to define our lives.
