At this virtual event, we will imagine and reimagine together how to move through this upcoming holiday season with a sense of connection to the traditions we carry and can build in the midst of grief. Join us for this conversation, which will include a short guided meditation and an opportunity to connect with others in small groups.
Reimagine and the COVID Grief Network are partnering to co-host this “Reimagining Tradition” event for all those who have experienced loss and are facing the upcoming holiday season with grief and uncertainty. We know holidays can be a particularly vulnerable and tender time, especially as they are associated with large family gatherings. You don’t have to be alone.
This gathering will be co-facilitated by Noah Cochran, LCSW of COVID Grief Network and Dara Kosberg of Reimagine, and includes a meditation led by Chris Riggs.
