This transformed my practice as a psychologist and adjunct professor specializing in ALL forms of loss: death, non-death, ambiguous, and secondary grief. I founded The Broken Pack™ (named for my brother's love of wolves who openly mourn their siblings) to normalize the grief we're told to hide. Through my podcast, workshops, teaching, events & support circles, I create spaces where every loss is witnessed - from sibling death to chronic illness, from divorce to dementia. As a Fellow in Thanatology pursuing certification in Grief Therapy as Meaning Reconstruction, my events blend evidence-based practice with compassion, welcoming anyone learning that grief doesn't end but transforms. Together we discover how broken stories become brave new chapters.
