What I'm here to reimagine...
I am reimagining hospice care as it was initially intended.
Story
Christopher M. Smith, RN is a seasoned hospice administrator and registered nurse with over two decades of experience in healthcare. With the last eight years dedicated exclusively to end-of-life care, Christopher has worked in nearly every hospice role—field case manager, patient care manager, director of clinical services, and currently as an administrator for a mid-sized hospice organization.

With the last eight years dedicated exclusively to end-of-life care, Christopher has worked in nearly every hospice role—field case manager, patient care manager, director of clinical services, and currently as an administrator for a mid-sized hospice organization.
Christopher is the author of four self-published books centered on hospice care, where he explores grief, dignity, and the moral responsibilities of caregivers and institutions. With Terminal Justice, he steps into the national conversation about healthcare equity—examining how race, poverty, disability, incarceration, and gender identity shape who receives care, and how.
He is committed to helping transform hospice into a more just, humane, and accessible system for all.
