My work sits at the intersection of somatics, breathwork, spiritual ritual, and nervous system repair. I believe endings are initiations, and that the body holds the map for every transition we fear or avoid. After walking through many of my own thresholds, I’m committed to helping women reclaim the truth of who they are beneath the collapse, the people-pleasing, and the silence.
